Because of the fresh nature of our products, we have a few policies to ensure quality and safe delivery.
All items are freshly prepared after an order is placed. Once preparation begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier services. Once an order has been shipped, EM Farms cannot guarantee delivery times.
Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate shipping options for their location, especially for perishable items.

Orders may only be canceled before preparation begins.
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
🍊 Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
📬 Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned to sender, customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred. Perishable products cannot be refunded once shipped.
